Upgrade or downgrade
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard under Profile and Settings → Plan.
- Upgrades changes take effect immediately.
- Downgrades changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Downgrading is not possible if your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits. Ensure your usage is within limits before the end of your billing cycle.
Limits
- Projects: Upgrade your plan or delete existing projects to create more.
- Users: Upgrade your plan to invite more members to your workspaces.
- Workspaces: Business and Enterprise plans can create multiple workspaces; other plans include one.
- AI Credits: Purchase additional packs if you run out.
Subscription cancellation
Cancel your subscription anytime from your Plan page.
After cancellation, your projects remain live until the end of your billing period, then become inaccessible.
To unpublish a project immediately, archive the project from your dashboard under Projects.
