Analytics
TL;DR
Track page views, traffic sources, and engagement for your projects with built-in analytics — no setup or third-party tools required.
Analytics tracking is enabled automatically when you publish a project — there is nothing to install or configure.
Analytics Dashboard
Open the analytics dashboard from your project in the dashboard. It shows:
- Page views over time, compared with the previous period so you can spot trends.
- Per-page metrics — which pages of your project get the most traffic.
- Top countries — where your visitors come from.
- Top referrers — which sites and search engines send you traffic.
- Devices — the split between desktop, mobile and tablet visitors.
Time periods and plan limits
How far back you can analyze depends on your plan:
- Free: last 7 days.
- Essentials: up to 1 month.
- Pro and above: up to 3 months.
The number of top countries and referrers shown also grows with your plan. See the Pricing page for details.
Using Google Analytics
You can use third-party analytics alongside the built-in one:
Get your tracking ID
Create a property in Google Analytics and copy its measurement ID (e.g.,
G-XXXXXXX).Ask Upsie to add it
In the editor chat, ask Upsie to add your Google Analytics tracking ID to your project — for example: "Add Google Analytics with the ID G-XXXXXXX".
Publish
Publish your project. Google Analytics starts collecting data on your live site.
